Clinics will be offered from 9:00AM-12:00PM Saturday and Sunday mornings (August 20th and 21st) and will focus on topics in shooting theory, periodization, and technique. Saturday’s clinic will be for women only and Sunday will be an open adult clinic. In addition, one-on-one sessions (90 minutes) are available on Friday and Saturday afternoons. These can be stand alone or in addition to participation in a clinic and will focus on rifle setup, mechanics, and individualized instruction. The idea is that you will come away from the clinics with a better understanding of how to use training time on the range in the most efficient way possible to improve your shooting performance.
For insurance purposes, participants must be red book certified, have current USBA membership, and provide their own rifle and biathlon-legal ammunition (if you have questions about rifle or ammunition eligibility, please reach out to us). Please note that participants need to either be YMCA members or purchase a day pass (cost not included in registration fees) to access the shooting range.
