REGISTRATION OPENS DECEMBER 9, 5PM.
BEFORE YOU REGISTER: Review the logistics information
on the CBC web site. Ensure that you have a valid USBA annual or one-day membership before registering. If you plan to use a .22 rifle in the event, you will also need proof of USBA Rifle Safety Certification (e.g. a "Red Book" number).
EVENT DETAILS:
Sprint format consisting of three ski laps with two shooting bouts (prone, stand). All prone shooting for U15 and U13 competitors.
Standard race distances:
Men, Junior Men 19-21: 10km
Women, Junior Women 19-21, Youth Men 15-18, Masters Men 30-69: 7.5km
Masters Women, Masters Men 70+, Youth Women 15-18, U17 novice Boys/Girls: 6.0km
U15 Boys/Girls: 4.5km
U13 Boys/Girls: 3km
Race day schedule:
- 0900 - 0930: Bib pickup at the range. NO BIB PICKUP AFTER 0930
- 0930 - 0955: Zero for Wave 1 competitors
- 1005 - 1030: Zero for Wave 2 competitors
- 1035: Pre-race meeting
- 1050: First wave start
- 1200 (approximately; later for longer formats): Second wave start. Actual start time will be after all wave 1 competitors clear the range.
